What about Art/design makes me "tick?” I definitely need to be in the mood and the right setting. I find inspiration in everything around me and sometimes I will see something and quickly jot down the idea as a project that I would like to do in the future. sometimes I will take out a portion of the day and just dedicate that time to creating. For me this means that I am just cranking out creative patterns and designs non stop. I tend to create more content this way. Some may even refer to this as the “Zone.” There will be days I am not motivated to want to do anything. I just have to let that feeling pass and then I am okay. I noticed that if I try to force an Idea, it doesn't work for me.

Art is the driving force in my life because everything that I see, everything that I eat, everything that I create has an artistic flow to it. It is who I am and it is how I express myself. Art is an outlet for me to be able to release energy into this world. I like to create positive art so that way I am putting out more positive vibes into the world and sharing it with people.

I would want to do art for the rest of my life because I feel that is what keeps me mentally healthy. When I'm doing something creative I am using the muscles in my brain and keeping them active. I feel this helps me with my fatigue and anxiety. At that moment I am present and all else seems to go away.
